Description of Refractory
This product is suitable for the production of casting iron which is applied in large scale electric furnace, harsh environment, and intermittent working condition, malleable (cast) iron, carbon steel, and alloy steel. It is a new high quality casting material in the casting industry. Equipped with acid material, its highest instant temperature of fire resistance can reach 1700 ºC. DR Series lining materials have been widely recognized by our customers, more than 95% of whom find it satisfactory.
Features of Refractory
> It is made of high-purity large crystal quartz and new materials, which assures better insulation and lower thermal conductivity than the acid material configured with ordinary quartz, making the production more energy-saving and safer.
> With high purity material, strict control of impurities and perfect crystal structure of components, the lining material is enabled with higher fire resistance, good high temperature performance and acid slag corrosion resistance than ordinary quartz acid material.
> The furnace lining is uniform and densified, with small change of thermal volume, and uneasy to crack in layers or slag. And it is featured with strong ability to avoid crack, heat shock and erosion.
> It is featured with comparably faster heating and sintering process, saving 50% energy than ordinary materials.
> The lining is stable and against deterioration after long-term operation.
> Construction method: dry ramming recommended.
